In such cases, data may be processed on servers located abroad, subject to each provider&#8217;s own security and privacy conditions. KYLVO endeavors to work only with providers that offer adequate data protection guarantees in accordance with applicable regulations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under no circumstances will data be used for advertising purposes by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-lg-font-size\">7. KYLVO will respond within a maximum of 15 business days for access requests and 30 business days for other requests, in accordance with applicable regulations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-lg-font-size\">9.
